Julia Quintero
Julia is a recent graduate of Texas State University where she received a Master of Arts in Anthropology. Much of her work has centered on immigration across the US-Mexico border, migrant rights, gender studies and advocacy. She currently serves as the project manager for ELEVATE Concord, Monument Impact’s Family Economic Equity Pilot. Having grown up in the Monument Corridor, she knows the importance of a project like this for folks in the community. She will be working directly with the families in this pilot and is excited to see the impact that cash assistance will have on their lives. She is looking forward to sharing their stories with the rest of the community. In her free time, Julia loves to practice yoga (she is currently trying to master a headstand) and spend time with her kitten.
