Monument Impact events are where our local community comes together. From our annual gala to small business expos, every gathering is a chance to connect, support one another, and bring our mission to life.
The Stronger Together Gala is Monument Impact’s annual fundraiser and signature celebration!
This year marks 25 years of partnership with families across Concord, Antioch, and Contra Costa County. Our roots go back to the early 2000s, when two key initiatives—the Monument Community Partnership and the Michael Chavez Center—were created alongside residents to address community health, civic engagement, fair wages, and worker dignity. In 2012, these efforts came together through a merger to form Monument Impact.
Together, we’ll honor the resilience and leadership of the staff, city officials, and community members who make this work possible and make this county thrive.
Whether you are a longtime supporter or new to our work, we invite you to experience our mission in action over food, music, and community at Latino-owned brewery, Del Cielo Brewing Co.
The Neighbor-to-Neighbor Pantry is an exciting new collaboration between Monument Impact and local volunteer group, Indivisible Resisters!
With the support of dedicated volunteers and community partners, the pantry will provide fresh produce, protein, and essential household items to community members in need every Monday.
Nosotros is a community-driven play presented yearly by Monument Impact directed by Jose Cordón that explores the experiences of low-income tenants facing eviction and gentrification through poetry and theatre. Stay tuned for showings this summer for this year’s newest play, Crooked.
Exciting opportunities to connect, learn, and celebrate with Monument Impact are always on the horizon!
