Monument Impact co-hosts monthly Tenant Legal Clinics via Zoom for Central and East Contra Costa residents with Bay Area Legal Aid and East Bay Alliance for a Sustainable Economy (EBASE). In addition we work closely with Centro Legal de la Raza, referring members to their tenant legal services. Staff assist tenants with writing letters to their landlords and facilitating Know Your Tenants Rights trainings.
They also have created Tenant Guides in Spanish and English to provide up to date information on local tenant protection ordinances, as well as any changes to State law impacting renters.
