Monument Impact’s Day Labor Center is a safe and welcoming space and we are committed to the health and safety of our members, staff, volunteers and employers who use our Day Labor Center’s services.
The Day Labor Center is located at 2699 Monument Blvd, Suite G in Concord and is open Monday through Saturday 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM. Reservations can be made during these hours or weekdays until 4:00 PM. We connect homeowners, business owners, and contractors with our Day Labor workers.
All members are registered with the Center and many have a long history of dependable service. Our staff will be happy to assist you and help select a member with the right skills for your job.

Minimum wages for a day worker and housekeeping are as follows:
General Labor
$25/hr or $50 flat fee for two hours or less
Skilled Labor (gutter cleaning, carpentry, etc.)
$30 and up

Please keep in mind: Workers are not licensed contractors. Workers must be paid at the end of the workday.
Please provide water, rest breaks and a lunch break.
We must be notified if workers will be working with/on: chemicals, roofs, ladders, bio-hazards, slippery surfaces, or electric tools.
