Litzy Gonzalez
Litzy Gonzalez joined Monument Impact in March 2026 as a recent graduate of California State University, Northridge, where she earned her B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing. Growing up in Concord, Litzy developed a deep appreciation for community and education. With both parents as small business owners, she was inspired to pursue business studies and build on their legacy. She began her academic journey at Diablo Valley College, earning an A.A. in Business Administration before transferring to Cal State Northridge.
During her time in Los Angeles, Litzy gained valuable experience through community work and leadership activities with her sorority. Now back home, she enjoys spending quality time with family, friends, and pets. In her free time, she loves going to the gym, attending concerts, and exploring new coffee shops.
