This 2024 Monument Impact is celebrating 10 years of our Mentes Positivas en Accion program! For a decade, we’ve been an arena of hope, rooted in community-oriented solutions that have transformed the day-to-day lives of our community.
We are incredibly proud of our dedication to the immigrant, refugee, and low-income communities, and grateful for the relationships built in the work.
Our gala will be held on Thursday, September 12, 2024 at the Concord Hilton and will be an evening of fundraising, celebration, and dancing.
