Founded in 2001, Monument Impact’s Day Labor Center has been a steady and trusted resource for local homeowners, businesses, and workers alike. Our Day Labor Center is guided by the members themselves and connects day laborers with safe, fair, and reliable job opportunities each year. Through this model, we support the projects of hundreds of local homeowners and businesses while ensuring workers receive fair wages and work for the day.
Our Workers
Day Labor members complete an interview and registration process to join, and many have a long history of dependable service. Our staff will help match you with a worker who has the right skills for your specific job.
General Labor (i.e mulching): 4-hour minimum: $100 flat fee (additional hours: $25/hour)
Skilled labor (i.e. gutter cleaning, carpentry, moving labor, painting, hauling, sprinkler installation, etc.): $30 per hour and up, depending on the skill and project
Free estimates available for housekeeping, painting, hauling, and sprinkler installation.
Starting April 01, 2026, a $25 travel fee will apply for project locations beyond 25 miles to cover gas expenses.
These guys were real pros and came prepared to work. We worked through the mulch pile in my backyard in about 5 hours (mulching a hillside). I was very impressed with how fast it got done (especially going up and down the hill). Very hardworking and very nice guys.
