Eva Chena
Born and raised in Saltillo, Coahuila, Mexico, Eva attended Universidad Autónoma de Coahuila E.C.A. –Escuela de Ciencias de la Administración where she received her bachelor’s degree in accounting. There, she worked 4 years as a General Manager and Controller in Mexico. She also had her own CPA Accounting business for 6 years. She moved to Concord after her husband was hired by an American company. She has been working for 13 years with Monument Impact: first as a student, then as a Technology instructor, and coordinator. Currently, she is the Asset Building Manager, coordinating three programs: Technology for Success, CalWORKs, and Emerging Business Services.
Her passion is supporting, guiding, and contributing to the advancement and transformation of Monument Impact’s participants as they meet their financial goals. She has been a volunteer at Saint Bonaventure Church for 20 years and it is one of the things she enjoys most.
