Our Team
Tania Mora
Tania was born in Mexico City, and decided to migrate to the United States where she settled here in Concord. Concord is where she’s called home for the past 7 years and learned about Monument Impact first through joining the Day Labor Member program. As our Resource Coordinator, she will be the first point of contact for community members and connect them to the right resources. Her work experience spans various areas, like collaborating with NDLON on conducting surveys among workers about wage theft and prevention and her most recent job was as a cake decorator at Whole Foods. She will continue to make cakes as a hobby, as it is one of her passions, along with dancing and traveling.
