Join us on September 25, 2025 at the Concord Historical Society for Monument Impact’s 8th Stronger Together Gala, an annual fundraising event in support of our work. This year, we are celebrating over 24 years of advocating for and uplifting the most vulnerable communities in Contra Costa County by providing guidance, education and a safe space for connection and support.

We will build connections, share community stories, and raise money to expand our services across Contra Costa County.

Featuring the talented Julio Bravo and his Salsa Orchestra, raffle items for experiences all around the Bay Area, we have an incredible evening planned.
