Founded in 2001, Monument Impact’s Day Labor Center has been a trusted resource for local homeowners, businesses, and workers for over 20 years. The Center is guided by its members and connects day laborers with safe, fair, and reliable job opportunities.
Our model supports local projects while making sure workers are treated with respect and paid fairly for their work.
Day Labor members go through an interview and registration process to join Monument Impact’s Day Labor Center. Many have years of experience and a strong history of dependable work.

When you hire through Monument Impact’s Day Labor Center, you’re supporting both your project and the local community.

General Labor: 4-hour minimum: $100 flat fee (additional hours: $25 per hour)
Skilled Labor: $30 per hour and up, depending on the skill and project
Examples: gutter cleaning, carpentry, painting, hauling, sprinkler installation
Free estimates are available for housekeeping, painting, hauling, and sprinkler installation.
Statring April 01, 2026, a $25 travel fee will apply for locations beyond 25 miles to cover gas expenses.
