Our bilingual staff are experts in helping community members access information and services. We help residents navigate systems that can feel hostile to newcomers and people with language barriers.

What We Offer

When community members call or drop into our offices, they can be looking for help finding a job or housing, communicating with their landlord or help with a letter or job application.

In addition to referrals to our programs, we partner with many other service organizations in the area. Walk-ins are welcome at both our sites and staff can provide resources and referrals to:

Food
Childcare
Housing services
City services
Transportation
Day Labor
Immigration legal services

Case Management

Our Resource Coordinator often serves as a case manager as time permits to help walk-in community members with personalized services such as translation of letters or notices, job applications, or resume development, among other needs.
